Australian Consumer Law Rights
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the ACL.
Change of Mind
Because our products are printed on demand or produced in small batches, we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind. Please choose carefully and reach out before purchasing if you have any questions.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we will happily replace it or provide a refund.
To lodge a claim, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

A description of the issue
Clear photos of the damage, fault, or incorrect item

Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Lost or Missing Orders
If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us. We will investigate with the carrier and, if confirmed lost, replace or refund your order.
Returns Process
In most cases, returns are not required for damaged or faulty items. If a return is needed, we will provide instructions and a prepaid return label.
Items must be returned in their original condition unless the issue prevents this.
Digital Products
Digital downloads, e‑books, and printable files are non‑refundable, except where required under the ACL (e.g., if the file is corrupted or inaccessible).
Shipping Costs
If the issue is our responsibility (faulty, damaged, incorrect, or lost items), we cover all shipping costs.
If a return is approved for any other reason, shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.
